About Me
My Background
In my 3 decade career as a Direct Selling Executive leading others in field sales, operations and support , the role I most enjoyed was leading my Event team where we designed and executed global travel, incentive programs and event experiences that changed lives and encouraged others to be the very best they could be. Whether is was a small group of Executives traveling to Croatia, Prague or Venice - or planning for 5,000 guests in Disney World! From meetings with 25 top leaders to a virtual conference for 26,000 attendees, it is all about the experience. And of course, it is my role to ensure you have the best experiences for the best value and that is where experience in negotiating is key.
One of my many favorite memories was when our incentive group just arrived at our hotel in Paris and an achievers husband, wearing his cowboy hat, said in his Texas drawl, "You know mam, I've never been outside my own zip code and here I am in Paris, France!" His wife was a top producer and he was so very proud of her. It still tugs at my heart today the way travel can impact lives and make our world a little closer.
I love partnering with companies and individuals to help bring their incentive and luxury travel visions to life. I am taking select clients to determine their program needs and to help create, design, budget and contract programs that reward results. I hope to partner with you soon!
My Passion
Travel has always been my passion, from my first trip to Quebec with the High School French Club (yes, I planned it), to traveling the world creating and hosting travel experiences for top achievers. My career has been in direct selling, and I understand how powerful travel experiences can be to motivate, inspire and recognize top producers hard work and achievements.

Throughout my years of experience, I established strong relationships and have personal experiences with top tier Hotels, Cruise Lines, Destination Management Companies, CVB's and gifting vendors that ensure high-value, exceptional programs, unforgettable experiences and positive outcomes for my clients and their constituents. I have access to a team of freelancers from forecasting to on-site program execution.
